Where has the swing disappeard from the armory of Pakistan bowlers? Only Shabbir managed to move the ball either way with the second new ball in the first innings. Sami, after removing Strauss, managed to bowl straight bazookas on the leg stump for no apparents reason? Where is that reverse swing of Shoaib’s? He hardly used to move the new ball but since a while those reverse swinging yourkers are sadly missing, both from Shoaib and Sami.

On the other hand, look at Hoggard and Flintoff. :frowning:

The swing is there. Shoaib Akhtar is still swinging the new ball. It's the reverse swing with the old ball that has disappeared.

yes the swing is there but the accuracy is not or rather the execution is not

I say bring that 6.6 feet tall guy that Woolmar discovered and let him practice with Wasim for couple of days. Let him bounce the ball like Harmi/Freddie and swing a little bit.
