More formally released as Dude, Wheres the Party? in North America. Its actually coupla years old now. Just picked it up at the movie rental place and watched it with a few buddies lil while ago. We were all in fits laughing rolling all over the place. It was hillarious! Most of the reviews out there about the movie are pretty lame cuz none of the white folk writing the reviews understand the desi jokes in it. The direction of the movie is fresh.. not too overly stereotypical but at the same time not too dull either.

If youre thinking about renting a movie anytime soon this one is perfect for two hours of quality enjoyment. Plus given the standard of today's Bollywood movies, theres hardly any sexual references or innuendos so its a pretty safe family movie too.

The soundtrack is amazing. Tracks from indian flicks from the 60s and 70s have been used wherever they compliment the situation. And ofcourse like any other desi/angrezi fusion movie theres a number of bass pumpin desi dance tracks.

8/10 on the cheegometer.

they have it at blockbuster, i thought it was really funny when he started singing the salman khan track lol! that was the best!!

I have added it to my Netflix list. If I didn't like it, I will send a bill to Cheegum for my time wasted.
