abida perveen always talks like this, she is not doing this only for this show. and as someone else also said, she doesn't speak urdu much, so maybe that's why she wasn't comfortable speaking.
i don't understand why everyone freaks out on everything that comes on tv. just chill people take a deep breath, use ur remote and change the channel, and if u hate all that so much why the heck are u guys searching youtube videos and posting them there??

jimmy i think its there program format to praise singers like this...though i am not saying ke woh dil se praise nahi karte...yeah when u hear praises like "appka gana sunke main ro para" "app meri agli film ke liye gana gayein ge" etc etc and u feel like this praise is all show-off, itna bhi acha nahi tha (un main aksar comments dil se karte hain jabke aksar rutt ke atey hain) so in abidaz case she must have been told about the format too...thats how rahat fateh ali khan was when he judged "kuch kar dikhane ka junoon". :)
