^ Agree that building fly overs / roads and controlling traffic are two different things, but building flyovers / roads with proper planning are basis for smooth traffic. I frequently use road shown in picture, it is really a big ‘Maarka’ to drive from Teen Hatti to Laloo Khet Fly over. crossing Daak khana Chowrangi and Liaquat Abad Market are just like ‘Jooey Sheer lana’. At times traffic does not move for 2-3 hours and this happens very frequently, especially when some delegation from PPP comes at 90. The problem could be solved by narrowing area probably kept empty for planting which is full of garbage, etc nowadays or extending the flyover from Laloo khet to Teen Hatti.

By the way, I didn’t see any city wardens from Teen Hatti to Laloo Khet for controlling traffic today.

The bolded part is our problem, the VIP culture, traffic has to be completely blocked when an idiot minister passes by.
