Some times back there was alot said and written about a movie being made by Shoaib Mansoor but seems like everything has fizzle down.
The movie was suppose to be on the topic of “Siachin” and i believe it was called “YEAH BARAF HUMARI HAI”.
A friend of mine who has a cousin in the army working along ISPR told me a while back that the movie might be released early 2004… and its being made in the same manner as was ALPHA, BRAVO, CHARLIE, meaning that it shows that army men are also human.
He told me that the title of the movie is from a line in the movie when the army guy is asked by his girlfriend/fiance that why are you fighting over a land of ice and his reply is “kion kai yeah baraf humari hai”. A song from Junaid Jamshed’s album “dil ki baat” was also being inculded in the movie.
i was told that the movie was delayed because of the tensions on the border since dec 2002 and now work has again started on it
Any one has any more info regarding the movie, like if and when will it be released
Supreme Tea Company PRODUCES videos? I thought they, as sponsors, just give the financial backup to the true producers (which in this case was Shoaib Mansoor).
I heard that Supreme didn't give all the money it took to make the video...but oh well, I don't work for them, so I really don't know the details.

if JJ is offered a role that means movie will never be released
movie is very unlikely to release altough the concept and idea of the movie is gr8 and should be picked up and made into a gr8 movie. one that can show our "friendly" neighbour that we're not scared to tell the truth
yeah ive been waiting for this movie impatiently ever since i first heard about it some 2 years ago. The topic of the movie, being about the army and above all being produced and directed by the legend of pakistani showbiz Shoaib mansoor, make my faith strong that it will be an excellent and successful project and a superhit. the only problem is that Shoaibmansoor keeps away from the limelight, takes his own time and does not care about any publicity at all. keeping in view his performance one can say that all publicity, advertisements etc are for leser mortals. He can reach the top without any publicity at all, such is his ability and talent. he is indeed Pakistan's only producer who is actually good enough to compete with international big shots.
My perception is that since there have been rapid developments with Pakindia relationship and a new big budget movie LOC just came out on the same topic from India, SM must be waiting to see the moods, and using his talent, farsightedness, and abilities to further alter it for perfection. He's using his strategies and I'm sure he'll only release it once it's perfectly done and once the timing is good.
I just can't wait for it though. anyone having any further info etc please post tem here.
Every work of shoiab mansoor is totally unique from other. As u guys mentioned that he is been working on this project from da last 2 years so it will be xxxcelent movie :k: .
