Very True.
They are mother of all evils.
They use military, politicians and mafias, promote them and than make them symbol of sins but actually these are the people behind all.

Just to give idea of their corruption, defense budget is around 500 Billion, and corruption alone in FBR ( done by bureaucracy) is around 300 billion… this does not include corruption and mismanagement in other sector which have its own story…where state-guest-houses, roads, school never get to built but the funds are used in the name of same…

Everyday there is robbery, Kidnapping, snatching, Car-lifting, looting, street-crimes, drugs and murders going on, it looks like no body is safe out there and if anyone is safe then it is due to the their luck and not because some security measures, I know country is in war-like situation… but then in this situation security has to be even better… i was thinking that Institute of Police was liquidated and no more exist, but when i looked at the budget there was some amount for them as well, this means they do exist at least in the papers, have anyone seen them performing, if they are performing then why the crime-rate is at rise???

They are secretly controlled by the hidden hands (ISI/Army) and told to do that all

Perhaps you don’t understand these figures. After paying the debits it is just about 1100 for federal government, there could not be a 300 share of FBR.
Actually they get it from people direct and causes a loss of 1000 to the nation.
And you don’t count the real money for defense.They get direct aid from US and others. So they need their men on foreign,Finance and Defense minister.
Much complicated situation.
