Where is my custom avatar?

Why can’t I have a customised one? I have nearly 1000 posts, so that cant be why. Some people have cool customised ones. I want one too!

for an avatar you need 1500 posts. :)

How come I can't add a profile picture ?

If there is a limit to posts, why is that ?
