I know land has shot up in value, but is there anywhere in Pakistan that land is real cheap. I’m talking a few thousand USD per acre or something. Balochistan perhaps?

Somewhere semi safe. And nearish to a population center, or failing that nestled snugly in some stunning scenary.

Try Baluchistan lol.....It's the biggest province with the smallest population.
Nearish a population centre and cheap don't go together.

afaik buying land in pakistan is for proper pakistanis. youve got to have blood sucking skills to do it. you have to make sure the person your buying from is indeed the rightful owner of the land and once you have bought it you have to know a retired army general to keep it from the locals. otherwise it'll make a good investment. the greener side of green belt land is very cheap and has considerable scope
