When you’re dead, you’re dead. Conditions of graveyards doesn’t matter right?

Respect for the dead does matter. If the burial site happens to be a place where they dump all the rubbish then it is not permissible to bury the body there. It is also preferred that the graveyard is for muslims only, so I heard when I was in Pakistan. They had separate graveyards for muslims and christians.
