Switzerland, it was just as i hoped, Alhamdulillah. And hubs had been planning it for a while but he didnt book the package until 3 days before we were to leave and still it was awesome.

One in Cairns, Queensland - Australia, then Switzerland the following year. They were both good. The first one wasn't very well-planned, but it was still really fun. We had more time to properly plan the Switzerland one, so we had a blast! It was amazing.

landed at LAX....first week spent in beverly hills and Malibu and the rest in laguna beach....it was exactly what i wanted and had such an amazing time. going back to LA in few months again. cant wait

Pakistani honeymoon (right after the wedding): Bhurban, Patriata and Murree
European honeymoon (a few weeks later): Paris, France

I got married just 2 months ago, i was on my honeymoon just 20 days ago.
We went to Murree, Ayubia, Patriata, Bhurban and then decided to go even further and went all the way to Kaghan and Naran and that was the best part of our honeymoon. I didn't like Murree too much but PC Bhurban was amazing. Naran and Kaghan was more like adventure but we loved it, there was so much snowfall, whole mountain range was covered in snow. No one goes to these areas before June or July because roads are all blocked with glaciers and landslides, we took the risk but loved it sooooo much. We couldn't go to lake Saif ul Malook because it was all Frozen, it was my best experience to go to Naran/Kaghan otherwise i found Murree/Patriata/Nathia Gali quite boring.
It feels like a dream that i was on my honeymoon in beautiful valleys of Pakistan less than a month ago but now back in Australia and went to work today after 2 months of non stop fun in Pakistan :(

We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Did it go according to the plan? Yes. Was it what we expected? Yes, in fact better than that.
We flew to Hawaii. Then from Honolulu, we boarded on the cruise. The cruise was a week long and took us to all islands. It would sail during night and arrive at the destination in the morning. We would then step out and explore the Island, if we wanted to. Otherwise, we could sign up for professional tours. If you didn't want to spend money on that or didn't want to get out on your own, you could stay inside and they had activities planned such as magician shows, theatrical performances, BBQ days, games at the pool etc.
It cost us about $4,000 for 2 people. Airfare, Cruise, Food, and on board entertainment was included. The only things that we spent our money was on personal shopping, tours, and $40 drink card for unlimited soft drinks. It was very well worth it. We loved it so much and miss the experience so much that we will go back inshallah.
One more thing, if you wanted to step out and explore the islands on your own, different stores such as Wal-Mart and other special shopping stores had their shuttles going back and forth every 15 minutes. The shuttles were free. You were not obligated to shop at the stores.

im getting married in august inshallah...and my fiance has just booked the honeymoon..inshallah going malaysia for a week then off to maldives for the 2nd week, cant wait!!

I think I did the booking about 4 months in advance. We went there in August and I did the booking through a local travel agent. That travel agency was where I had my first internship, so the owner/agent knew me. Not sure if that helped any with the price/deal. August weather was beautiful. While it was hot in Southern USA, it was very pleasant in Hawaii. Even the Hawaiian afternoons were not as warm and at night, it was simply beautiful to walk on the deck of the cruise while it was sailing in dark ocean.
