where can i get my nose pierced from??

ello ello ello all!!!
i live in the T.O GTA area, would LOVE to get my nose pierced (again :halo: ) but dont know any places where i can get it pierced from. Should I try any of the local tattoo and piercing places?? or does anyone know some place reliable?? i did have my nose pierced, but that was in pk, but lost my koka and then just never bothered again.
suggestions anyone? all suggestions are welcome and most appreciated.

i think claire's does it, but i dont know if u have one in ur area
personally i wouldnt go to a tatoo parlor (kinda seedy places arent they), go to a jewelry store that does ear piercing

for a special person...

ok theres definitely a clairs in toronto. but yeah try clairs or any piercing parlour

thks ladies :) duly appreciated, well tattoo parlours do look kinda dingy and seedy, but cant say anything till i actually step into one ;)

Just go to Gerrad Street and try any indian Jewellery Shop they will do it..i got mine done from Gerrard street

speaking of which, does nose piercing hurt????? I want to get it done, although I know it would a few years to my age. But still, does it hurt?

yeah my mom said it kinda did.. when u like sneezed and stuff.. and also the healing period

i think it all depends on ur body and how it heals. the actual piercing wasnt painful (the guy did it with a gun)the part that was painful was when i had to change the koka to a proper one. other wise it was relatively okay.

For my wedding, I want to wear a tiny nose stud, but don't want to actually get my nose pierced. Have you guys have heard of something like that? You know, how you can wear earings not made for pierced ears; is there some kind of a nose stud that you can just "glue" on for one day? Thanks:)

not studs that i know of (i guess u could stick something on if u really want)
but there are small hoops that u can wear-- they are U shaped and u squeeze the prongs of the U onto ur nose, they are actually made to hold the large naths onto unpierced noses but u could wear them alone as well

my cuz wore a chutki for her nath...the kind u put on ur ears. and my frnd wore one that could be tightened by a screw. personally, i would go for the screw, because the chutki left my cuz with a zakhm and a swollen nose for a week.

yup, nose rings can be done at gerrard. there's a bunch of places there..
and yes, it hurts :D especially when the it pierces the nose. it's like a really really really strong pinch. after that..it's just tender, but no hurting ..just keep it clean, and keep turning it so that it doesn't 'stick'..

have you gotten it done yet?

nopes not yet :frowning: havent had the time (but have enuff time for GS :halo: :smiley: )
