Hey everyone! I’m flying out to Karachi to get my wedding clothes made this May. I LOVE Bunto Kazmi’s designs along with a few other designers. Can you guys PLEASE suggest a good tailor/boutique that does a good job on copying designs? I’m on a budget and there’s no way I can afford 5K per dress! PLEASE help me out! I really wanna get a beautiful dress but at the same time I have to be respectful of the budget my in-laws gave me.

Kehkashan center is good for embroidery...I don't know any tailor personally there!

Thanks! Have you ever gotten a replica made by them? Do they do a good job of copying? I don't want it to be obvious that my dress is a replica.. even if it doesnt look the EXACT same, i want it to look good.

i saw a few replicas there when i was checking them out but they were not really perfect not even close to it.. but they have alot of other variety that is not replica and is very pretty.

you know actually i looked everywhere with the same budget so yes i think i can help you a bit. you actually can get a nice designer bridal in 2 the designers which i am confirm of are sana safinaz, karma, rani emaan, ayesha varsey, hajra hayat, maria b well basically alot of designers just ecxlude bunto hsy etc
but now if you want value for money and not crazy about designers than i would say visit jabeens its really value for money and stuff there is really nice. if you have that kinda budget i would say dont go for replicas go for 'anything' that looks nice and is your choice. if you have time(you dont need more than a week for this) you visit these designers first you would have an idea what their stuff is like and then go to jabeens and the boutiques next to it. also do visit ensemble for ritu kumar's bridals they are also very unique.

Wow, really!? I'm definitely NOT crazy about designers, it's just that i've only seen pictures of designer dresses so I don't really know what else is out there. What kind of bridal dress were you able to get with that kid of budget?
