I am assuming they’ll be in abundance on Devon st correct? We are going to Chicago for around 6 days and I dun want to miss an opportunity to do my Eid shopping from there.

You should walk around and first check the price... I don't know where you are staying lots of Eid Bazar are going on now days. On Tuesday most of the shops are close. You better call ahead and see if they are open.

Pakistan Fashion, Libas, Raaz are the good ones. Studio Elite has designer stuffs, hence too expensive & the ladies there are soo weird!!

Pak Fashion & Libas are good! Chandni is decent. Elite is super expensive. Taburaj has paki & indian mixed. I think the other one is Beejee's or something. Not sure. It's a big one opposite of Chandni (I cant clearly remember). But walk around and navigate/bargain from diff stores before buying. it's a whole strip :) You'll def find something. Just make sure you bargain like anything! Good luck :)
Oh and Taj Sari Palace started carrying some paki ones I heard. So its both paki & indian mixed clothes.

If you are looking for party outfits...I found this fairly new shop called Biyya or Biya. Right on the corner of Devon and Western a few doors down from Tahoora. Its a tiny shop but I was surprised to see some pretty nice things in there and bought some stuff. Normally, I don't shop on Devon but for party type clothes or a nice new jora for Eid I think they'd be a good place to go. Studio Elite is amazing of course since they carry some very high end labels, you will definitely find something you like there. However, the prices are equally high. Tabarruj is also pretty nice.
Tabarruj is nice. Studio Elite if you're willing to spend a lot of money. Sahiba Boutique has nice stuff too...the lady that owns is really nice. In general Devon is over priced and it's hard to find nice items. But if you look around before buying, you're bound to find something u'll like.

I brought 2-3 designer suits 2 years ago from Studio Elite and ending up paying way too much over the normal price (Didn't know any better then). So be careful and try to bargain as much. They have an excellent range though. And Sahiba is nice (They have a back room with quite a few pieces).
