I said donor conferences not donations dumbass. In total we have plegded close to 30 million. That of course doesn't include the 2003 and 2004 conferences and any support we give with regard to the PDP.

Actually they don't. The funds are ear-marked for projects then depending on the nation they are provided as TC, CB or monetary values.
