Where are the aayats in Quran e majeed for -----?

Hi!

Some one gave chit to one old moullana who was reciting majlis on some arabic tv channel; asking why do you do mattam for hussain(AS) etc. After the moullana finished his DARS----

The moullana said it was and is arabs rewaj till date to PERPA MATTAM if some one dies in the family; as a jesture of respect, reflecting how much that person was loved by the people.

He said sayada ayesha had also PERPA along with Fatima(R) MATTAM for their beloved Prophet Mohammed(pbuh) on the day of his Shahadat, and he gave references from Hanafi books.

But the person was not satisfied and some other people started arguing ; by saying yes MATTAM is only allowed for three days and then one must do SUBR , otherwise it is GUNNAH on the dead person as well as who does MATTAM.

THe moullana said do not mix SHAHEED with dead people. It is true according to Quran, that we can not do SOUG for any dead person, for more than three days and then we must try to SUBR. reciting all the time aayate qurani " ina -----------rajaoun."

Here he said and asked them “Are not you all muslims” Every one said yes we are muslims, but most of them said we are Hanafis etc not shia.

Then the shaik said ," look being muslim you must not do any argument against aayate Qurani." They all said you prove it for us from Quran , wallah , we would accept it, if you could prove it.

The shaik said Shaheeds’ are not dead and the prove is GOD says in quran ----
shaheeds are alive , they get RIZQ from me(GOD), do not ask how?It is a kind of turjuma of one aayate qurani about shouhadas in quran—he said every shaik knows well about this aayat.

So the shaik said , “remember emamies (we) firstly, do not cry why is he (Hussain)shaheed, we cry for the pain hussain , his family members, his ansars and ashabs had suffered in karbala.”

Those family members and his companions had people of all ages, as young as six months and as old as 80 years, old women’s and young girls etc etc. SO he said FIX in YOUR MIND FROM TODAY IF YOU HAVE EMAN THAT SHAHEED’S ARE ALIVE,(refering Quran), then believe in that crying and doing MATTAM for the pains of alive people is not a sin.

It is a measure of degree of love with prophet and his family. As Quran again says that love with the AQRABA of prophet Mohammed(pbuh) as a bit of reward for him from GOD for the services He(pbuh) rendered to make all of us muslim.

He added when aperson is too happy he claps. Those who are too much into that happiness they clap. ZOURDAR. Sameway as a jesture of SADNESS or sorrow, people do beat their thighs while sitting, head, face, chest. Those who are more into loving jesture of prophet and his family DO MATTAM more strongly. Some people just keep their hand on chest. some people do zikr e shahadate hussain. It is their way to show their love with prophet’s family; as they also obey aaya te quranis to love AQRABA OF PROPHET. He also said our DEEN is AAENE FITRAT.

Happiness and sorrow are both according to our fitrat, these characteristics are more or less in every mankind with the exception of MAJNOON, who do not know when to be happy and when to be sad.

Still a few people said “we want an aayat which is in Quran straight away for MaTTAM”

The old shaik said"now I am going to satisfy you the way you want; He(shaik) said just NEXT to the AAYAT E QURANI about TARAWY; you would find aayat for MATTAM. And he closed the discussion by saying , ask from any shaik he would guide you for AAYATE TARAWY in Qurane Majeed.

It is about more than 36 hours ; our whole family is searching this AAYATE TARAWY in quran to know/find the aayat e qurani for MATTAM. We all have divided for search Quran Sharif into different parts between us to check these aayats thouroughly. But we are not yet successful.

Our internet was out of order otherwise I would have taken help from our JAYAD people of the forum.

Please let me know about aayat e qurani, its aayat # , sorah # regarding Tarawy, and/or mattam.

P.S.:The above was on one Arabic channel and some shia moullana said on tv channel, that there are clear quranic prove of mattam in quran ul majeed.
