As North Korea will retaliate for sure, and what would Korea do if it is unable target US?

US has a con-artist as its el Presidante so this is all same BS drama like the ones he used to do in his campaign. Those who fell for it that time are banging their head right now hopelessly or trying to hide under the cover to save their faces.
Chinese President is in US these days and Trump family is buisy in making business deals with them, not for the country but for their own empire. So this North Korea drama is all to apply pressure on them which I’m sure wont work.

ok, North Korea is not going to stop what its currently doing. US biggest business is safeguarding interests of its allies and friends. Wonder what would happen after a few years if not right now.

Thats what all conservatives do. Fear leads to hate, and hatred leads to violence, bigotry and in the end wars. But the superior problem is that, pretty much entire world is getting engulfed in it now from east to west. Look at myanmar, India, Russia, US, middle east including Israel and a reflection of it in UK in the form of BREXIT. Thats exactly why world is on a very dangerous verge right now

Preemptive strike is for helpless countries who cannot retaliate - NoKo has nukes a lingo that amreeka understand quite well and knows whats coming. Rest assured if any power that can take action against NoKo is not amreeka by any stretch of imagination but it is China.
If amreeka could do a preemptive it would have done when Shri Little Kim ji maharaj tore up the NPT and stuck right up Bush Jrs a$$ right where it belongs. Now that window is closed. Other than that Sudans, Eyraq etc look good for preemptive strikes because they were making nukes but NoKo… naaaaaa.
There will be no war on the Korean peninsula.. PEROID.. Its all noise. US has already tried crossing the 38th and knows the outcome, The Chinese will not tolerate terrorism at their door step.
