if the car is parked facing down on the hill... the wheel should turn towards the curb
if the car is parked facing up on the hill.... the wheel should turn away from curb...

thanks for the great advice pieces, everybody.
for most people, parking is not easy when the space is really a tight little spot. but, with practice and knowing how to, this can become reletively easy.

sajal you should it is not difficult. you rotate the wheels in the diection of the parking space and then little by little, continue adjusting the margin from the curb or road side and the space infront as well as behind the car.
keep two posts, one on each ends, with a distance of 12 feet apart, and then try parking your car in there. with practice you will learn, inshallah.

I usually avoid getting into such situations 
I rather just valet 
or get my husband to do the honors, or just drive around the block until someone takes pity on me and clears up some longggggggg space for me.
