I switch off alarm for Fajr. I used to put 2 alarms 5 minutes apart, so I wud switch off first one and stay in bed for the 2nd one to beep. But recently, I decided to wake up on the first one, so now I jump off the bed to go for Wudu and say my prayer.

Then it depends if I had stayed up late or not, like how fresh do I feel, I plan the day ahead before heading out for work.
