relax take som rest ... think abt all the things ... mark them with numbers n prioritize them , make som strategy to achieve them one by one ... implement the strategy with som courage ... at the end

Sometimes it is the little little things which accumulate and start to overwhelm you, instead of having one big issue/thing to worry about.

Go cry in a corner. Yell WHY ME GOD. Then jump off the balcony to find myself in the arms of a hot guy while some cheap bollywood song plays in the background.
like if i have a superbig exam that determines half my grade for the semester..i can hardly focus the day before cuz its usually like what am i gona learn in a day...shouldnt have slacked all those weeks. so i just stare at my notes or watch tv. and apparently i wana listen to as much music as possible on THAT day..the day before the exam.
ughhhh i'm about to go through the biggest craps of my life once i head home tomorrow. Allah save me. :-/
i pray and cry and repeat.
lol wow that sounds amazing...only the hot guy is constantly missing in these episodes...asd;fljwerojsdfsldfkj!!!! i'm only asking for one. i'm not even greedy like most of the men on this forum and asking for four..jeez.
during summer semester it used to get very crazy and we had like 2 tests the same day and we only had like 2 days to study for both at that point i did used to cry especially if they are two of my hardest subjects just to release some of that stress.
sometimes i would sit in a closed space where nobody can hear like a car and just scream, it does help with tension release for me, i fear that i would take it out on others which i would try to avoid and i would definitely try my hardest to not allow that stress to take over me. i would do anything
inspiron, i'm going through the toughest times of my life right now and juggling so many things hoping everything goes to my advantage, i'm just praying constantly to myself so i kind of understand what you're saying. it's comforting to know that i'm not alone......even if you're issues might not be exactly the same
I take one thing at a time and set myself limits to what has to be done each day...dont burden urself...even accomplishing one task a day/dealing with one issue a day is more than enough
How i see it is...if u start eventually the end will come but if u sit there feeling overwhelmed and dont start anything...then the end is that much further
Kickboxing and Yoga. Fifteen minutes with a punch bag or thirty minutes of yoga is akin to a reboot for me. Everything feels a lot easier and manageable afterwards.
