how much are you conscious of the stuff you’re eating in terms of it having an effect on your health? I.e. do you think ‘I shouldn’t eat this because my b.p or so and so’ or do you just eat it?
Or has it to do with age? I don;t really think much lol and just eat it, but maybe because I am young? But I think when I get into late 20’s then some parhaiz I suppose…it also depends on family history of diseases (for the use of a better word)..
