WHY does the body try n get bk to the shape you were b4 u worked yr butt off to get in a good shape rolleyes. Does that mean, you can never leave gym if you wanna keep up your body in a good shape?.
I havent been going to gym for about 2months now and i feel difference in me. I may have put on any weight or inches but still you know, it doesnt feel as nice as it did b4. Lol, am i making any sense here?.
Some people say that’s why you shouldnt never gym instead go for walks. As you can anytime, anywhere walk and it would require you to make some big changes in your life. But i feel gymming is the proper way to get a good shape.
lol. cuz i got busy with my bro's wedding prep n then wedding n then i had a fall n now im just being a lazy ass :( wl be bk to gym in a day or two. i know i m a bad girl.
hmmm...if you leave excercise then there are chances that you'll get back in your previous shape but if you eat sensibly then it can reduce but can't abolish those chances completely.
Make it part of your life. On weekdays, I go late every night and I dont miss a day unless I am out of town. I've been going there for so long now that I have tonnes of friends and workout buddies there and my timing coincides with heroes, V or anything else thats running on network television; so the boredom factor is ruled out. On weekends, I still end up going, but early morning. The change in timing makes it less monotonous and you join the early birds, a totally different set of people working out. Trust me on this, after 1-2 years of being a regular; you have total control over your toned body and you end up feeling so good you could take on entire Empire!
I always try to get regular with gym but somehow, i get out of the cycle and then after some days i'll again have to pull myself back to go to gym.
I wish if I could be as disciplined in that as spock.
However, when I go gym, just to keep my interest in, I like to play games like racquetball, volleyball etc. If not, just a regular workout.

When we exersice regularly how metabolism remains very active and fast which helps in melting extra calories, our muscles remain full of glycogen which makes them appear bigger. Once we stop working out for a long time....
Metabolism becomes slow agian and fat starts adding up. Glycogen dilutes and muscles appear small. Simple.
We thank our body that it gives us a chance to correct the mistakes. What if, there would be no way of loosing fat. The world would be full of big bellies and bigger deseases.
iff u cant work out right now y dont u try taking papaya tablets after big heavy meal or u can try other diet pill or digestive enzyme tablets..
oh i m against any such pills, only the natural way for me anytime n everytime! its harder but worth it :-)

Look at the bright side, we wouldnt have to worry about someone in the gym tuning into the biggest loser anymore!

I've been an exercise 'chor' i'd walk and do 30 mins of yoga but that was it. I joined Shape Express again and it's 20 mins on various machines. Intense work-out and I'm loving it.. I look forward to it everyday. I skip Friday's and sometime Saturday's.
