How do you feel? what do u do? How do you cope with it?..

I don’t know but when i am sad, i feel drained of enegry…:(. Just like today i am sad n pissed so i wont be able to go to gym.

How i deal with it? Hmm well it’s not a good way i suppose but i go into my shell, keep quiet and basically shut myself from everyone around. And i would either write my diary or come online and vent :o.
