I do the same but make sure no one's there they might think I've Lost it, and they would blame Indian Pakistani drama's because they talk about their plans aloud & miraculaosy no one hears them.
i actually need to workout if i'm feeling sad or dance like there's nobody watching. It's the only thing that makes a positive impact
i read my computer networking book to boost my mood, or go out all dressed up, mascara, lipstick like i'm going for a big night out and then just go to the mall.
i'm back to feeling good about myself regardless of whatever hell i might be going through
just do stuff that makes you feel good and you'll be surprised how better your mood will be

I don't know but when i am sad, i feel drained of enegry...:(. Just like today i am sad n pissed so i wont be able to go to gym.
How i deal with it? Hmm well it's not a good way i suppose but i go into my shell, keep quiet and basically shut myself from everyone around. And i would either write my diary or come online and vent :o.

When I'm sad best thing to do is think of others who are even sadder and perhaps take up a new cause, I will always try and coup losses by either making gains elswhere or revivng what is lost if possible.
when im sad ,i just cry and cry, dont eat anything, listen some sad songs and cry some more lol. After that when feel a bit lighter I just call my mum and talk to her for like whole hour or so...:)
