What you usually do when you are angry? Do you want to yell,throw things,keep quite or come to GS to get your anger down.

when am angry .. i keep it a low profile that am actually angry .. i never let it out unless its somethin realli realli bad .. that i ve got to otherwise things will get outa hand even more
but 99% of the time .. i just take it in ..
I am taking it in also as Cardinals are loosing

Well normally when i am angry i try to control myself…once back in 2007 when pak lost to india in 20/20 final…i was watching the whole match and i was the only one in my room… as soon as pakistan lost…i was soo angry that i punched up the tv…than i tried to bang it on the floor but my mom came so i had to control it 
But seriously though once i broke my computer screen 
… thats it really i try to control it but sometimes i just cant!

i dont talk to the ones i am angry at or anyone who i know can annoy me more
and sumtimes write a blog to take out the frustration:hmmm:

And sometimes whenever i am angry...i go to my room, lock it, turn lights off, sit down on my rotating chair and jus chill/relax...:D
I hardly talk when i am angry or sad..or not in mood !

I just cry, cry and cry hard - i don't normally get angry at anything that makes one angry i just show my anger when someone hurts me and then i cry when i am alone after crying i listen to either songs or read a verse or two from the quran to calm myself down.
