The answer lies in why people like to go to other countries to live.
Now, there are only people from some countries and cetain group of people who like to go to another country to live.
A lot of Pakistanis do not like to live anywhere else but in Pakistan even if they are given free choices. These include, young and old, rich or poor, highly educated or not.

a lot of people say life is only in pakistan when you ask them to go back and invest your money and live in pakistan they will make lame excuse. for many pakies pakistan is a rest house rather than a home

Some do want to go back and live in Pakistan , and some actually even go back and live in Pakistan

It will take some time but after a few years , if conditions improve maybe we have many more who go back and settle in pakistan.

Even if our econonmy does improve, we won't be attracting any immigrants, because Pakistan doesn't need any additional human capital, we're already 200 million strong and growing.
You don't hear of people migrating to China, do you? They just don't need a lot of new people, because of their population density, at least not right now.

It's not about chaddis, it's about economic opportunities. If it were just about chaddis, people would flock to Eastern European countries, but I've never heard of any Pakistani wanting to go over there.

^i was implying deeper issues. As you said, pakistan doesn't need human resource, so economic opportunities wouldn't attract either.
