Re: When will Imran Khan condemn this?
Basically, The Imran Khan is learned some politics, so he is know taking the advantage of the situation. Try to take a political leverage by attacking MQM. He dont know about the people of karachi, nor he got any interest with the people of karachi. Where he was when a millitary operation was underway in karachi against the innocent people. When the only elected representative of Karachi was forced to live in isolataion and not allowed to go in the areas from where they have been elected.
So Mr. Imran khan, please try to use some new methods. Political leaders like u come and gone. U dont have any agenda. Every one knows very well how u got the seat from Mianwali. the Nazim of Mianwali explain the real strength of so called "Tehrik e insaff" . The Mairaj Muhammad Khan has explained in detail the insight look of your party.
Please Imran, u dont condem the Attrocity that ANP. PPP and MMA has done on 12th May. I m not a supporter of MQM, but i have personnally witnessed that how these political parties are attacking our area. they are fully loaded and even attacked the childeren and women belongs to urdu speaking community.
I m not an ethinist, but if some one tries to attack our people, than we have to speak out.
Hope that Imran khan get a lesson from this and do a fair politica
Re: When will Imran Khan condemn this?
Pakpatriot, I condemn ALL the killings on 12 May. Those done by MQM, ANP, PPP, PPI, IJT etc. Does Imran or is he only fixated on MQM?
Why doesn’t he sue Taliban over these attacks? His people are the ones dying.

**13 killed in home attack in Pakistan **

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan - About 100 suspected pro-Taliban militants attacked the house of a government official in northwestern Pakistan before dawn Thursday, killing 13 people, police said.

The house belonged to Ameerud Din, the top administrator of the Khyber Tribal region in North West Frontier Province, bordering Afghanistan.
Din was not home at the time, but his brother, who also is a government servant, was among those killed. Authorities said the dead included six members of the same family and seven guests.
“The attackers fired rockets, threw hand grenades and used guns” for about 30 minutes before fleeing, said Sanaullah Khan, an area police chief.
Two others were injured in the attack near the village of Guman, 12 miles from the troubled town of Tank.
Tank lies in a swath of territory near the Afghan border where Islamic militants have challenged the government’s authority with increasing success over the past year. It is also not far from the South Waziristan tribal region where remnants of the Taliban and al-Qaida are believed to be hiding, and where the military has carried out scores of operations against foreign and local militants.
Analysts say pro-Taliban groups are extending their influence from the semiautonomous tribal region next to the Afghan border. The area is considered a haven for Taliban guerrillas fighting foreign troops in Afghanistan as well as a possible hiding place for al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.

What does Imran khan have to do with Afghan Talibs? He condemned them and Al-Qaeda long ago
You expect him to sue the Taliban??
Re: When will Imran Khan condemn this?
Yaar MQM is guilty of two things… Two things besides the actual violence.
Being the part of the ruling coalition, and being in charge of Sindh and Karachi, they had the responsibility of NOT allowing their party member to hold a rally on the same day.
The MQM was inviting trouble, when its responsibility is to keep the peace. The MQM lowered itself.
The MQM waved their responsibility, and choose to act as thugs.
Where were the police, the rangers? Your going to tell me that MQM had no hand in leaving the city undefended? Your in charge over there, when you saw what was happening, why didnt your party make a hue and cry over there NOT being any security?
Instead you said, “we told you not to come!” Somthing echoed by your Musharaf, who by now seems to be an MQM chamcha. So basically you party waived any responsibilty… That itself is an admission of guilt.
The other parties may be guilty, but MQM guilt is high treason.
Your party is guilty of going against the will of the people. You saw how the CJ is gaining support and yet you choose to help the establishment, all while claiming to be against the estalishment.
Your party is exposed for its hypocracy when they claim to be rallying for the establishment of judicial freedom and democracy, and yet prevent the CJ from addressing the Karachi bar.. All this for the sake of your parties savior and benefactor, President Musharaf and the turn coats chamchs of the PML. MQM obviously has a vested intrestin seeing Musharaf and Army stay, so why are you always going on and on about the state of affairs of the country when ultimately you have the most to gain?
Pakistan has many other problems, but at this point MQM is part of the problem. We have religous fanatics running a mock in NWFP, Islamabad etc, we have the lawyers protesting across the country, we have the tin pot president cum commando who has no idea how to deal with them, and we have the PML and MQM fighting of the whole country to keep their stake in it all!

That's my point, he can't even dare talk against the Taliban.
Re: When will Imran Khan condemn this?
If Imran is consistent in his condemnations then he would probably be taken more seriously politically. Shame he isn't.
