has it gotten approval from the appropriate governing bodies though? how "safe" is it? how much testing has been done? so this one is ozone safe, how bout the effects on human health, if any?

It's supposed to be entirely environmentally friendly, and the guys were touching it without any gloves, I think. This is something interesting to have though, think total-immersion water-cooled computers. :D
