A news story is breaking out about a Marine turned veteran, restaurant owner who has landed in hot waters after Police confiscated his flag which he was flying upside down as a form of protest.
Here is a part of the story to give you an idea of the ordeal:
What are your personal views on it? Do you see this as a legitimate right of the citizen to do as they wish, or do you take it as being an act of offense against the nation and community at-large?
Do you keep silent, reach out to have dialogue, or report the person if such a case was to happen in your community? Or would you simply not care at all?
PS: The title of thread was chosen intentionally to spark your reaction, and does not mean i believe the man to has necessarily gone “rogue”.
Well, it would have been better if he would have the flag of that particular county, or a logo on a flag, of northern Wisconsin village... placed upside down.. with some slang on it in bold letters..whatever. But i guess the country flag was a tad bit too much...IMHO atleast.
