i go out side for a walk or go out side on my deck or sit on a side walk of main raod n think whts goin n my head n y is this happenin n whts the reason to it n then quietly lstn to the different voices coming from all around me like cars,cats,people laughing screaming shouting n stare at the moon or sky n stars :) i try to remind my self of all the worse days then this one n then try to remember how i solved them :) .
n also just softly talk to ALLAH MIAN n my heart n i duno but i get the ans very soon :) its like he lstns to me n gives m ans ans :)

and thts when my first tear drops from one eyes i n realize thru tht tear i just released the tiredness n tht confusion or the tention i had :) n i look up the sky n say thnx ALLAH MIAN i know ur always watching me :)

Why do you want to cry? :D] Try and recharge your batteries by eating fruit or have shower with cold water, it helps me.
