when i'm sad/udas i write poetry. if too udas like an owl then i just find myself an empty corner and try to be reason with myself as in why i end up like that and where did i go wrong. many times it doesn't work but thinking abt circumstances and situation do help in getting over some of the sadness and udasi.

i tend to clean alot when i get upset, i’ll start scrubbing th bathtub or something…my poor husband, now everytime i clean the bathroom he freaks out, and asks if it was something he did

Maybe really strange normally i dont smoke but when i feel upset, fuked up then i really have that urge to smoke. Dont know why also have if i feel upset
that i start to eat everything like: chocolates chips ect...
