Thanks Lethal Kamikaze for responding. It just felt natural and normal which is usually not the way any dream feels for me. I usually can’t sleep and I always feel this frustration that’s why this dream felt so completely strange and out the ordinary for me.

Have you or anyone you know personally done the Istikhara and had results? How did it turn out?

I read two rakat Nafl namaaz and at the end of namaaz I make dua to Almighty Allah for guidance. After that I go to that situation and if everything went smoothly then I thanks to Almighty Allah. If not then I become more thankful to Almighty Allah for not straying me.

I have seen and heard of many rishtas which had gotten excellent istikharas (and so they were married) turn out to be really bad alliances… how does one explain this?
