…How do you end up reacting? I don’t mean what you try to do. I want to know what you end up doing against your better judgment.

How do you communicate your issues with the person?

1. Talk it out!
2. Stonewall
3. Sulk and make sarcastic remarks
4. Become depressed and shut down completely

How do you tackle your emotions?
3. Forgive but not forget
4. Forget and forgive
5. Never forgive
6. Relive the incident over and over again and become angry
7. Introspect and blame yourself
8. Wait for an apology before you decide to forgive

How do you deal with the person?
9. Pretend nothing happened
10. Keep your distance without being rude
11. Make it known you are upset and make sure they see it, be rude
12. Keep your distance but discuss the person with others
13. Get even and take revenge
14. Confront the person and ask them to apologize for their behavior
15. Pick a middleman to deal with the person
16. Realize the person is not good for you so you cut him/her out of your life

Depends on who it is and what they did.
