When I was in college I had a lecturer whose knowledge of English was legendary. One day my friend’s dad came to college. The conversation went like this
Friend : --" This is my dad"
Lecturer :-- " How come" 
What he actually meant was " How did you come or rather why did you come"
Then there was a serious argument between him and one his colleagues. Somebody tried to intervene and his reply was :-- " I talk he talk, Why you middle middle talk" :biggthumb
