Alright but my main concern was about low sex drive during normal days and feeling extremely horny during your periods. Why would it happen? I'm really confused.

still sounds like hormonal fluctuations. maybe you're more relaxed because PMS is alleviated by your period starting? maybe you're relieved because you know that you're definitely not pregnant?

But for some women it could be to do with ovulation if the the libido is heightened during the ovulation period.
