Ever heard of 'Shah se zyada Shah ka wafadar"? That is what we are, Pakistani quom that is.
We all have a fav political party (or a politician). I understand that much. What I dont understand is that when our leader gives a bayaan, we are ready to kill others to support that bayaan, no matter how stupid it is. More amazingly, when our leader flips to the other side and gives a bayan that is totally opposite of his past statement, we flip with him to support his new stance.
What gives man? Our politician have no deen, eeman, no ghairat, no character. They do bayan-bazi which goes in their benefit, not in the benefit of the nation. They are be-ghrairat, I understand. But what is wrong with us (common people of Pakistan)? DO we have to support these lotay-baaz every and any time. Cant we say that we support your policies, not your words and if you change your words, we are not with you anymore.
TLK, I think the basic premise that we all have in our minds that the public in general is innocent in pakistan is absolutely false. I think as a nation we are as crappy as any nation can get. I mean, look at us, mixing dirty water in milk, mixing brick powder in chillies, injecting water to goats to make them appear bloated, cheating everyone and in everything right and left. What else do you expect from such a corrupt nation. Quite frankly, most of us will never support any realy leader who speaks of justice because most of us are criminals.
I have seen republicans and democrats do the same thing in the US.
But yes, it's good to use one's brain once a while instead of just being a blind follower.
