the essence of certain threads opened should they be moving it to whichever forum they wish to?
I opened this thread in Life1 yesterday considering it to be one on which I wanted serious discussion. Moderator of Life1 did a great job moving it to Science & Philosphy but the one there moved it to cafe. 
Is that justified?
No offence to anyone, I just want to know if we have Sophists here as well we can not speak up truth with!
If you don't agree with the mod tau PM him/her. We can clean it and bring it back, no problem.

ok tell me, what's so health-related or philosophical about this. I mean, if everyone starts to post crap with some philosophical names in it, it doesn't mean it shud be in S&P. Of course, this thread could have belonged in S&P, if you had been a bit clearer in what you want. I mean you are entitled to ur endeavours to correct the wrongs of Sophists, but pray add what those wrongs are and how ur philosophy will try to correct them. If you can make that clear to me, then this thread will get its visa for entry in my forum :p

I had a similar issue with Sadi Sobi moving one of my threads. I PM'ed her and the reply was , "Grow up".

What resolution were you expecting funguy, just out of interest? Mods usually move a thread to Cafe based on it's content according to the guidelines. Do you feel that wasn't the case here?

the content of the 'moved posts' was well within the context of the original thread initiated by me. I am being told that the flirting was not appropriate to GS standards. if that's the case then why move it to cafe?. Why not delete it?.
Sadi Sobi does stuff to piss others off. Not a very good thing to do in her position. It puts the institution of modship at peril.

SS, I was the one that moved your thread from Lifestyle1, as it had nothing to do with Health or Relationships. I tried reading it a couple of times, but it made no sense to me, so I assumed it must be of great philosophical merit, and moved it to Science & Philosophy.
Funguy, I asked you top grow up because that is precisely what you need to do. You’re over 30 years old and you’re crying like a baby about having some replies edited from your thread. I had to split your thread 8 times last night (and I’m sure the number would have been higher had I not put it in the Review folder for the night) because of your childish tantrum … do you think that was mature behaviour? Just because I’m a mod doesn’t mean I have to sugarcoat what I say, so I say it again; grow up.
I edited the replies in the thread because they were derailing an otherwise OK thread. The flirting shirting is fine by me, and I would have moved it to cafe had it not been for the talk of strip searching and spreading of legs. Do you think that’s suitable for the cafe kids? I don’t. The posts that I did move to cafe were more appropriate cuz they were complementing my moderating, and boy do I like a compliment!
And if you need further justification for my action, have a peek at rule number 2 & 3 in the General forum.
