I think one of the reasons is that men use their muscle power and a firm hand during the bhunnooo process … that actually makes alot of difference to the taste of the food … I remember seeing my dad cook and seen my husband cook and the common element in them is that specially during the bhunoo process they do it zor laga ki

I have been in a discussion of this before and the ladies said that men cook so infrequently that when they cook, they take the time to really do everything right. There were cheers among ladies at that comment, until i said, are you saying when you cook you just slap things together and throw things together and not do it right. That shut em up :)
btw we are just showing you ladies how to do it right..so that there is no ambiguity :)

not really … I still think its because you guys have natural muscle power and when ever cooking is done with a firm hand it tastes so good … a mathai wala in a pakistani shop told me this long time ago … I have observed it too and he was right

what firm muscle power goes in making crepes or omelets? not all food gets how shall we say ‘bhoonofy’ as a matter of fact using force can destroy some food. e.g. mixing and layering biryani for one

Men also have good taste in food. So when I cook, I finish only when the taste is good. :)
