Well pal, thing is you kept going on about rape is like this. All the endless paragraphs of your former posts account to nothing if you can't even tell us what your definition of rape is.

Nope. Not at all. Never said or 'claimed' I had any intention to define it. I only talked about what it 'might' not be (Myths) or be questionable (splitting hair) in my posts to make it a balanced discussion .
As a person of some knowledge you do not need my definition (there is none) what should rape 'clearly' looks like do you?
It does appear you want to drag the discussion for no real reason that anyone can benefit.

The judgment definitely will depend on irrefutable evidences right? if there is any doubt, then the person should not be considered criminal (basic rule of law-even a student of law knows that, nothing new).
I acknowledge for lack of proof some people may get away even in the best of justice system I said that before. But unfortunately there is no other better choice. On the basis of ..........let me use your own word hogwash claim, hearsay or hair splitting the person should not be condemned.
Besides, there is a risk to the person be punished if claim was indeed found to be baseless.

There are claims, and then there are warrants to support it. I suggest you look both terms up.

Claims and warrants when issued does not mean the person is criminal. 
I failed to see what is your position? Explain please. I gave you simple rule of law. Any problem with that?

ex: statutory rape because kids can not consent.
or even if ur too drunk to consent... it is rape
sooo... wht only looks like rape isnt rape... even some things tht dont look like rape can be considered rape...
it is pretty much sex tht is not consented.
