In cases where it is claimed that rape did occur, what do you want to see as rape being clearly committed?

The judgment definitely will depend on irrefutable evidences right? if there is any doubt, then the person should not be considered criminal. I acknowledge for lack of proof some people may get away even in the best of justice system I said that before. But unfortunately there is no other better choice. Besides, there is a risk to the person be punished if claim was indeed found to be baseless.

There are claims, and then there are warrants to support it. I suggest you look both terms up.
