Again I never made any claim to define. You assumed I claimed that.
In cases where it is claimed that rape did occur, what do you want to see as rape being clearly committed?
The judgment definitely will depend on irrefutable evidences right? if there is any doubt, then the person should not be considered criminal (basic rule of law-even a student of law knows that, nothing new).
I acknowledge for lack of proof some people may get away even in the best of justice system I said that before. But unfortunately there is no other better choice. On the basis of …let me use your own word hogwash claim, hearsay or hair splitting the person should not be condemned.
Besides, there is a risk to the person be punished if claim was indeed found to be baseless.
