i do simultaneous job with in the boundary of this virtual world :D.... ya for change i do DISHWASING :D (very very very often :D)

well i do it when my eyes start to burn and that normally happenens after 4 to 6 hours staright work....
*but if i'm playing some game then its never too much.:D *

If you have sufficient distance b/w the screen and yourself and are looking away perdiocally then you can get 8 hours without leaving.
I do that some times. But mostly I have to go do some legwork around where I work so it compensates.
I noticed the LCDs don't tire the eyes as much.

i get off my seat and do something every 10 minutes…and then come and sit back down
