I trust you meant dzulhijjah and not Hajj itself which only takes place near Makkah ... 1st of Dzulhijjah is most likely going to be 7th October in Pakistan. Almost definitely 16th Oct for Eid start... Saudi almost definitely 15th for Eid and 6th for the beginning of the month.
the majority of the world will be in line of sight of the hilal on the evening of 6th Oct.
