I workout at lunch or after work. Lunch is convenient because there is a gym at work and there's no travel but my work gym doesn't have everything I need so on the days I have to hit a real gym I work out after work.
I've heard around 5pm is the best time because your metabolism slows down in the evening and exercise can boost it. Although you probably have more energy in the morning like you mentioned.
Hm. A lot of evening/nighttime workouts. Maybe I should try that. It's the only time I can o it consistently, cuz madam is asleep, and hubby is keeping an eye on her.
In the morning. Gym opens at 6 am and I'm usually the first one there. I think that's the time when I have most energy plus if I do it in the evening, my whole schedule would be disturbed :)
