Can I know the chronological order of the Prophets mentioned in the Quran and the estimated year of their existance?

Have all people who have walked on this earth been accounted for?
Our (western) knowledge is gained by discovery, and what we dont discover we wont know.
Its like if you are sitting near a lake an see swans swim bye and they are all white, will u assume that all swans are white or will the next one be black?
Man's knowledge and understanding is limited. All the prophets who Allah has reveled have came.

^ no, ofcourse not - however the ones highlighted in “blue” are - the others are mentioned in other Scriptures.

anyhow, there is no way to get the tree for all the prophets - if they were mentioned then we would have a HUGE book of the names - 1,24000 words are just too many for 3 scriptures to contain without making the reader confuse.

Hmm thats rite..its too much..our human brains r not that smart to memorize all or understand the whole family tree thing of all!

^ no good if the information is based on speculation....
Allah does not ask people to go about trying to find out when the perished nations lived....
merely says that people shud go around the world, see the ruins of their cities to learn how Allah is capable of destroying nations when they reject His signs....

Not quite, got to disagree somewhat. The Signs given by Allah are not only for disbelievers but also Muslims. Perished Nations being one of those signs.
Yes, The table gives a relative idea - however good to know about the Prophets Tree as it gives us a resonable time zone with which we cant discover and get to know the life of the people to whom the Prophets[PBU Them] were sent.

I think its gud to know when each prophet came relatively and the brief idea/sketch of the family tree..it sumtimes helps us understanding the Islamic history!
