When determining standard of living of a country, who is counted, and who is not?

Are residents and non-residents both counted in that, or is it only residents and citizens?

What is the numerical method of determining standard of living? There has to be one other than saying “Everyone drives a Benz there”.?

***Simple arithmetic: Divide the number of People coming In / by the number of people leaving = should be a number greater than 1..............:)

but do not do this before Elections in third world countries like Pakistan because all those who took away the countries wealth want to come back for more........................:D
