I would like my next car to be silver in color. Everybody has a certain budget in mind when they're purchasing a car, so I think thats a given. The items on my agenda when buying a car are, in this order:

  1. Looks: Car should not be too flashy and the design should be able to age well. For example, contrast the previous gen. BMW 5 series with the new one. I'd take the last gen. over the new one everytime if I was buying a car purely based on looks!
  2. Driving Dynamics: I prefer car with a bit of sporty flavor but that shouldnt lead to harsh ride. That is why I never particularly liked Toyota as a brand. I am firmly in Honda's corner.
  3. Platform: RWD > FWD. I live in Islamabad so snow is no concern. I just hope i can cough up enough dough for a BM someday.
  4. Interior quality: Cliched..so I'll skip this part.
  5. Features: I am bit of a sucker for all the new gadgets and electronic dooh dahs..so the more the merrier. :biggthumb
  6. Engine: The engine should be Reliable, Refined and Resourceful. Thats all I want. It should be able to pull away from a red light with 5 people on board and not make me blush. Thats all as far as engine is concerned. I dont intend to take my car to race tracks so it should just do the basics well.

Those r all the requirements for my ideal car. Any matches? :D
