Thanks Secret, yes this is our house, this used to be a storage room with no window, we worked on it, put in the window, did the solid/textured paint job ourselves and then added the floor molding and chair rails, and then put in some carpeting, it's the only room in the house with carpeting, it used to be a reading room before the piano...
As for the view, it's a big ass walnut tree that I have to trim down...
