You are correct, the ban should be for an individual and not a nick.

I have asked the team that any ambiguity that the ban is for an individual and not their nick should be cleared up and implemented.

Ya pir, the official statement sounds awesome. But then, so do our politicians’ promises. I can only hope that it is taken seriously and is duly implemented. Cheers to that thought.
