when we say wheatless diet, does this include plain flour, like when I check ingredients is it ok if its written plain flour, I am confused, may be dumb?? whtever.

Do u mean gluten free diet?
Wheat is in plain flour, wholemeal, soda bread and self raising flour.
You can get special flour that doesn’t contain wheat but the roti doesn’t taste great.

You can use tapioca flour, buckwheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, gram flour etc. Just check out the gluten-free section in supermarkets.

Doves farm is the gluten free brand we use, they have brown and white flour. Supermarkets also have ready made pitta bread n naan.
