Re: What's your ritual before going to bed?
Husband goes like clockwork while BBCurdu is on the computer (He rigs it by the bed). He insists he listens to it everynight, but usually after the first ten minutes -- out like a light. I call it his lullaby.
Myself, I have to read, at least a half an hour.
